Computer Scientist
Hi, I am Robert Kohn, I am Computer Scientist with more than fifteen years experience in semiconductor manufacturing. I have been working in several fabs ranging from 150mm and 200mm to 300mm frontends, both as engineer and manager. I hold a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences Stralsund, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of the Federal Armed Forces Munich. My interests especially include Artifical Intelligence and its applications in industry. I believe that simulation systems combined with methods from Machine Learning and Operations Research will drive future improvements in a way that has never been possible before.
